Terms of Service

Love, Ima is a private application for mothers to record and share stories, lessons, messages, and blessings with their children and family. You must be 18 or older to create a mother account or purchase a gift.

Children who receive a message can listen and respond without creating an account. There is no age restriction on receiving a message, but we expect family members to use their judgment.

By using Love, Ima, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service and contact us — we’d genuinely like to hear your concern.

Anything you record or write belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use it to train AI systems. We do not share it with advertisers.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver it as you direct — that’s all. We need this technical permission to operate the service.

You are responsible for your content. Do not use Love, Ima to share content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.

Love, Ima is a private family product. Use it for its intended purpose: sharing stories, wisdom, messages, and blessings within a family.

You may not use Love, Ima to harass, threaten, or harm others. You may not attempt to access another person’s recordings without their permission. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these principles, and will notify you before doing so unless the situation requires immediate action.

Love, Ima Family is $99 per year — the same price every year, with no introductory or renewal discount. A gift is one prepaid year — a one-time $99 charge, never a recurring one. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we ever change pricing, it will not affect an active subscription without advance notice to you.

If you purchase a gift subscription and the mother does not use it within a reasonable period, contact us and we will work something out. We are not a faceless company — we are a small team and will treat you accordingly.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. If something isn’t right, contact us and we will make it right — see our refund process below.

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then simply stops renewing.

Cancelling never takes away what you’ve made. You keep permanent access to play back, review, and download everything you have already created, and your children keep access to messages already delivered. You only pause creating new messages until you return.

If you’d like a refund, email hello@loveima.com. We review every request individually and promptly.

Like any service, Love, Ima may evolve — features may be added or refined over time. We will do our best to keep your content safe and to communicate clearly about any significant changes.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify you of planned maintenance when we can. For a service this personal, we take reliability seriously and will communicate honestly when something goes wrong.

Love, Ima is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We are deeply aware that your recordings are irreplaceable. We take every reasonable precaution to protect them. We also encourage you to keep your own copies of anything you consider precious — this is good practice for any cloud service.

If we change these terms significantly, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. For minor changes (wording, clarifications), we may update this page without individual notification.

Continuing to use Love, Ima after we notify you of changes means you accept the updated terms.
